HTI warrants its products against defects in material and workmanship for two years from the date of purchase. Within the terms of this warranty, HTI will repair or replace, at our discretion, any product proving to be defective after our receipt and inspection; this will be free of charge.

This warranty does not apply to damage caused by misuse of the product, lack of reasonable care, or loss of the product.

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of invoice date for a full refund. Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address on the Contact Us page. Once received, the item(s) will be inspected by our Quality Assurance department and once verified, a refund will be processed.  Email notification will be sent to the original purchaser with details regarding total amount and processing date.
